Job summary

The role requires strong leadership, safety compliance, and the ability to coordinate with management on improvements while maintaining efficient, productive operations. Travel 1-10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience supervising exempt and hourly staff.
• Problem solving with root-cause countermeasures experience preferred.
• LEAN principles knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate supply chain operations teams to meet goals.
• Communicate daily shift goals and operational plans.
• Identify and solve operational issues; implement continuous improvement.
• Provide training and coaching to supervisors and staff.
• Track time, attendance, performance and enforce safety plans.
• Hire, train and supervise exempt and hourly employees.
• Support system and process training; manage tools availability.
