Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED.
• One year or more in logistics, warehouse or related field.
• One year or more supervisory experience preferred.
• WMS intermediate preferred.
• MHE intermediate required.
• OSHA intermediate required; DOT/Hazmat preferred depending on account.

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily/shift goals and plans to achieve operational targets.
• Assist with training hourly, SNE, or other specialists.
• Lead and train staff; reinforce policies and processes.
• Make location decisions incl. demand planning and supplier calls.
• Support system and process training; perform admin tasks for location.
• Identify/solve issues via continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives.
