Qualifications

• Comfortable communicating with customers and teammates at varying levels of management.
• MS Office experience is a plus.
• One year or more in logistics/warehouse or related field.

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily/shift goals of facility and work group; report plans to meet operational goals.
• Assist with and train hourly specialists.
• Lead and initiate employees through training and policy understanding.
• Decision making for location activities including demand planning and customer interactions.
• Support system and process training; perform operational administrative functions.
