Costa Vida is seeking a hands-on Supply Chain Operations Manager to oversee the restaurant network's daily logistics, including inventory, purchasing, and PO tracking. You will collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues and identify cost-saving opportunities.

You'll maintain key supply chain reports in Excel/Sheets and lead a small team to keep operations running smoothly across locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day supply chain operations for Costa Vida's restaurant network, including inventory monitoring, purchasing, and purchase order tracking.
• Work directly with suppliers and internal teams to resolve order issues, improve visibility, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain supply chain reports and analytics in Excel/Google Sheets, and help guide a small team to keep operations running smoothly.
