Job summary

Luna Grill Mediterranean Kitchen is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead operations across our restaurant system, partnering with distributors and suppliers to ensure product availability and cost control.

The role drives inventory accuracy, supports new restaurant openings and menu launches, and collaborates with Culinary, Operations, Training, and Marketing teams to execute growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supply chain or procurement experience, including multi-unit restaurant operations.
• Manager-level experience overseeing procurement, inventory, and supplier relationships in a restaurant/hospitality setting.
• Knowledge of restaurant inventory management, food cost processes, procurement systems, and back-office tech.

Responsibilities

• Manage Supply Chain Operations across Luna Grill's restaurant system.
• Own day-to-day execution of supply chain activities and inventory control.
• Coordinate with broadline distributors and suppliers to maintain core menu items and LTOs.
• Monitor inventory levels, POs, and potential product gaps to proactively identify solutions.
• Support product availability, substitutions, and inventory recovery to ensure uninterrupted execution.
• Lead distributor and supplier partnerships; manage relationships and performance reviews.
• Track contracts, pricing updates, rebates, and renewal processes.
• Support readiness for new restaurant openings and menu launches with supply partners.
• Collaborate with Culinary, Operations, Training, and Marketing teams on product changes.
