Job summary

Lever, Inc. seeks a Supply Chain Support Manager (remote) to oversee day-to-day supply chain operations for a growing restaurant network. You will manage inventory, purchasing, supplier coordination, replenishment, and reporting, with a hands-on, data-driven approach.

You will collaborate with suppliers and a US-based team, identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive process improvements while working remotely from India or another time zone aligned with US business hours.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, purchasing, inventory management, supply planning, or a related field.
• Experience leading, supervising, or mentoring supply chain team members is preferred.
• Experience with demand or supply planning and forecasting is a plus.
• Experience working with suppliers and managing purchase orders through fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and movement to identify shortages, excess, discrepancies, and risks.
• Support demand forecasting, replenishment planning, and inventory decisions using historical data.
• Investigate discrepancies and reconcile inventory movements to maintain accurate records.
• Manage purchase orders from creation through fulfillment, reviewing quantities, pricing, and delivery requirements.
• Track open orders and follow up with suppliers and internal teams on delays or issues.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers while monitoring performance and service levels.
• Escalate and resolve supplier issues affecting availability or continuity.
• Support supplier negotiations and identify opportunities to improve pricing and terms.
• Maintain supply chain reports and trackers using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement.
