Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling, part of Reyes Holdings, L.L.C., seeks an OE Manager to lead the Transportation team's applications, analytics, and master data initiatives. You will coach staff on project execution to improve focus and deliver results.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related experience and 4+ years in leadership, or a High School Diploma with 11+ years of specific experience and 6+ years in leadership. Preference for a Master’s degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of related experience and 4+ years of leadership experience; or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 11+ years of specific experience and 6+ years of leadership experience.
• Master’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team that develops and executes applications, programming, analytics, reporting and master data maintenance for the Transportation team.
• The OE Manager is responsible for coaching the transport team on project execution to drive execution, focus, and results
• Leading, guiding, and coaching team members on lean principles, TPM methodologies, six sigma methodology, etc., is essential
• Lead the annual planning and execution of the OE summer internship program
• Ensures continuous improvement initiatives are understood and implemented throughout each plant while assessing opportunities for process change and provides project management for future plans
• Other duties as assigned

• Salary: $131,532 - $164,415 plus annual target bonus (salary range noted is for CA based candidates)
