Responsibilities

• Support the Reverse Supply Chain operations for Returns and Inventory Reconciliation.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies to prevent negative customer impact.
• Collaborate with third‑party logistics vendors and internal partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Meet daily service level commitments with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Establish and maintain reporting on production, service levels, and key performance indicators.

• Strong business acumen and effective oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, including formulas and data entry accuracy.
• Experience with complex research involving inventory and reporting.
• Ability to understand and navigate multiple systems and their interactions.
