Job summary

Tier4 Group in Irving, TX seeks a hands-on Supply Chain Manager to lead on-site teams across inventory control, shipping, receiving, distribution and procurement. You’ll track KPIs, drive performance, and ensure the right people are in the right seats to meet daily goals in a fast-moving, high-volume environment.

This tactical leadership role requires strong people leadership, clear communication with internal stakeholders and customers, and hands-on problem solving on the floor to sustain

Qualifications

• Strong people leadership and team-building abilities.
• Solid foundation in inventory, shipping, receiving, distribution, or procurement.
• Experience tracking KPIs and operational metrics.
• Experience in a high-volume, serialized inventory environment is a plus.

Supply Chain Manager

Are you a strong tactical supply chain leader who thrives in a fast-moving, high-volume environment? We're hiring multiple Supply Chain Managers to join what is arguably the world's largest reverse logistics and mobile device operation in Irving, Texas. About the Role

These are hands-on, on-site leadership roles responsible for managing teams across various supply chain functions including inventory control, shipping, receiving, distribution, and procurement. You'll be tracking metrics and KPIs, managing employee performance, and making sure the right people are in the right places. This is a tactical leadership role, meaning you'll be present, engaged, and operationally focused every single day. Depending on your background, you'll be placed into the functional area where you can make the most immediate impact.

• Someone who communicates well and can hold their own in a customer-facing situation when needed
• A tactical mindset with the ability to stay focused, organized, and present on the floor
• Reverse logistics or mobile device experience is a plus, but not required if your leadership fundamentals are strong
