Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation/Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field or equivalent military experience.
• High School Diploma/GED with 1 year of experience in management, transportation/logistics or related field.
• Willing to travel to account, customer, and company event locations.

Responsibilities

• Learn to build and maintain relationships with drivers and carriers for new sets up and ongoing productivity.
• Fill in for absent personnel and support special projects to optimize fleet operations.
• Learn personnel management including training and orientation of drivers and employees.
• Develop proficiency in maximizing fleet efficiency, KPIs, and customer reporting and financial analysis.
• Gain knowledge on managing inventory, assets, and driver assignments to balance equipment.
• Perform administrative duties such as payroll, budgeting, driver counseling, and invoicing.
• Learn to manage yard operations, maintenance coordination, and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with drivers, customers, and staff to resolve service issues and plan routes.
• Maintain company safety culture with driver safety messages and trainings.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation/Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field

High School Diploma/GED with 1 year of experience in management, transportation/logistics, business administration, account management, or related field, and/or equivalent military experience
