Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, construction management or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in sourcing or procurement.
• Current driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Category Strategy for assigned categories.
• Engage internal stakeholders across engineering and operations to capture requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage supplier relationships.
• Assist with pricing strategies and financial reviews for categories.
• Support cost reduction initiatives and Total Cost of Ownership analyses.
