Job summary

US Tech Solutions seeks a Supply Chain Manager to support Plan-to-Stock (PTS) readiness by driving change controls, document revisions, and training coordination. The role partners with business process owners, SMEs, and stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate completion of activities.

Focus areas include Change Management, Change Controls, and cross-functional plan execution. The candidate will provide operational continuity across PTS priorities when needed.

Qualifications

• Requires advanced understanding of Change Control and document processes in a GxP-regulated environment.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders to drive change controls and documentation.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Plan to Stock (PTS) Change Controls from initiation through closure, maintain trackers, coordinate inputs, monitor due dates, escalate risks or delays, and ensure timely closure.
• Coordinate PTS document revisions in CDOCS: draft and update SOPs, WIs, and GDEs, route for review, address comments, track status, and obtain final approval.
• Manage PTS Change Management activities: maintain plan and tracker, coordinate across PTS, prepare stakeholder communications, organize meetings, follow up with owners.
• Support PTS training activities: track deliverables, coordinate reviews with BPOs/ SMEs, consolidate feedback, and keep training development on schedule.
• Provide operational backup across PTS for Change Management, Change Controls, training coordination, and document revisions during absences or high workload.

Basic Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree or Master’s degree and 2 years of experience or Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience or Associate’s degree and 8 years of experience or High school diploma / GED and 10 years of experience

Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets:

• Experience in the pharmaceutical
• Hands-on experience with Change Control and/or controlled document processes in a GxP-regulated environment
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Plan to Stock(PTS) Change Controls from initiation through closure: Maintain the Change Control tracker, coordinate required inputs and actions with stakeholders, monitor due dates, follow up on open items, **escalate risks or delays, and ensure Change Controls are completed and closed on schedule.**
• Coordinate PTS document revisions in CDOCS: Draft and update SOPs, WIs, and GDEs in collaboration with SMEs and document owners; upload drafts to CDOCS; route documents for review and approval; address review comments; track revision status; and follow up through final approval.
• Manage PTS Change Management activities: Maintain the change management plan and tracker, coordinate activities across PTS, prepare and send stakeholder communications, organize meetings and engagement events, follow up with owners, and ensure planned activities are completed on time.
• Support PTS training activities: Track training deliverables, coordinate reviews with BPOs and SMEs, consolidate feedback, follow up on open actions, and help keep training development on schedule.
• Provide operational backup across PTS: Step in to manage Change Management, Change Controls, training coordination, and document revision activities during team absences or high-workload periods to prevent delays.
