Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order fulfillment with vendors, warehouses, and transport partners to meet delivery schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels across locations with cycle counts and discrepancy reconciliation.
• Analyze demand forecasts and historical sales data to create replenishment plans.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements with suppliers for cost-effective sourcing.
• Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, track shipments, and resolve delays or issues.
• Maintain supply chain documentation, including SOPs, compliance records, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with finance and sales to align supply plans with budget and market demand.
• Identify process improvements and implement best practices to reduce waste and increase efficiency.

• Monitor inventory levels across multiple locations, conducting regular cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies.
• Analyze demand forecasts and historical sales data to create accurate replenishment plans.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements with suppliers to secure cost‑effective and reliable sourcing.
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, tracking shipments and resolving any delays or issues that arise.
• Maintain and update supply chain documentation, including SOPs, compliance records, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the finance and sales teams to align supply plans with budgetary constraints and market demand.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to reduce waste and increase efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics within a fast‑moving consumer goods environment.
