Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics in fast-moving consumer goods.
• Proven ability to manage inventory, forecast demand, and coordinate shipments across multiple channels.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or similar data-analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order fulfillment with vendors, warehouses, and transport partners to meet delivery schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels across locations with cycle counts and discrepancy reconciliation.
• Analyze demand forecasts and historical sales data to create replenishment plans.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements with suppliers for cost-effective sourcing.
• Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, track shipments, and resolve delays or issues.
• Maintain supply chain documentation, including SOPs, compliance records, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with finance and sales to align supply plans with budget and market demand.
• Identify process improvements and implement best practices to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
