Job summary

SENA Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist in Irving, Texas to support daily logistics and warehouse operations and to act as the liaison with the company’s 3PL provider.

This role focuses on ensuring timely order fulfillment and seamless execution through collaboration across internal teams. The successful candidate will manage ERP data, assist in workflow maintenance, and help drive ongoing process improvements within the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in supply chain, logistics, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems (NetSuite preferred).
• Strong understanding of cross-functional dynamics in a supply chain or logistics environment.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, systems, and processes.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for daily operations and communications with the 3PL warehouse.
• Coordinate logistics requirements with internal stakeholders and external customers to ensure seamless execution.
• Communicate daily activities and ad hoc requests with 3PL partners to support timely order processing and shipment.
• Gather and disseminate planning and scheduling information between internal departments and external partners.
• Assist in the development, revision, and maintenance of supply chain workflows and documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, escalating as necessary.
• Leverage ERP system data to support inventory management, order tracking, and performance reporting.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned in support of supply chain operations.
