Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: HS diploma/GED with up to 4 years' education/experience and training; willingness to work across multiple shifts including nights/weekends.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree plus 1 year internship or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn to build and maintain positive relationships with drivers and carriers to ensure seamless carrier setup and productivity.
• Fill in for absences and participate in projects to optimize fleet operations and profitability.
• Assist with training drivers and staff, including internal customer systems.
