Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 0–2 years of related experience or High School Diploma/GED with 3–5+ years of relevant experience.
• Master’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support US Supply Chain & Operations with strategic projects, planning, implementation, and KPI tracking.
• Lead process improvements using root cause analysis and lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Develop skills in supply chain and leadership through development activities and cross‑functional exposure.
• Assist with documenting training materials and onboarding resources.
