Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• 0 to 2 years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Supply Chain Team with strategic projects, analytics and reporting.
• Performs data analysis and makes recommendations.
• Participates in strategy, planning, implementation and KPI tracking.
• Leads current vs. future state process design activities.
• Documents and updates training materials and onboarding resources.
• Develops business requirements for new reporting and KPIs.
• Gains supply chain & business acumen through development activities.
• Participates in intern events and cross-functional collaboration.
• Analyzes demand forecasts for promotional planning.
• Places orders considering demand, inventory and supplier capacity.
• Shadowing in demand forecasting, ordering, supplier relations, and inventory tracking.
