Caterpillar Inc. is launching its Leadership and Technical Development Program (LTDP) in Supply Chain Management, a three-year rotational program for entry-level talent. Ideal candidates will have a relevant degree, adaptability, and communication skills, and must be willing to relocate throughout the United States for dynamic project experiences.

Qualifications

• Completed degree by the start of the program in relevant fields.
• Minimum GPA of 2.8/4.0 required.
• Willingness to relocate domestically for each rotation.

Responsibilities

• Complete three 12-month rotations based on business needs.
• Engage in diverse project responsibilities within different departments.
• Travel and relocate to various facilities in North America.
