Job summary

URBN is offering a Summer Internship Program focused on developing emerging supply chain leaders. The internship operates on the warehouse floor and includes exposure to E-commerce, Wholesale, and Retail replenishment fulfillment processes.

The program emphasizes problem-solving, priority setting, and motivating floor teams in a fast-paced environment. Selected interns may be considered for full-time roles after graduation, with the program running at the Gap Distribution Center in Gap, PA

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a college degree with a professional interest in Supply Chain Management.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to multi-task, prioritize work under minimal supervision, and adapt in a goal-driven environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to support, motivate, and mentor team members.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day work activities across departments to optimize throughput and operations.
• Identify floor bottlenecks, anticipate problems, and provide real-time operational solutions.
• Ensure floor associates have the required tools, training, and safety support to meet standards.
• Assist in cross-training employees to build depth and flexibility on the warehouse floor.
