Job summary

URBN Home Office in Philadelphia, PA is offering a Summer Internship in Supply Chain. The Home Office Supply Chain Intern will gain hands-on experience across planning, transportation, logistics, and process improvements, while developing analytical, problem-solving, and business communication skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple assignments.
• Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced business environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with gathering, organizing, and analyzing supply chain data to support decisions.
• Support projects related to transportation, distribution, inventory, and operations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements by reviewing workflows and data.
• Participate in sustainability and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor transportation and performance metrics and prepare reports.
• Support freight and logistics analyses and review shipping data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support initiatives.
• Prepare presentations and reports communicating findings and recommendations.
• Participate in team meetings and gain exposure to the global supply chain.
