Job summary

URBN Inc. offers a paid summer internship at the KC1 Fulfillment Center in Kansas City, MO. The program runs 6/7–8/13 and places interns on the warehouse floor to learn daily leadership across E-commerce, Wholesale, and Retail replenishment processes.

Interns collaborate with site leadership to solve problems, set priorities, and motivate teams in a production-focused environment. Participants gain hands-on experience from cross-functional teams, with opportunities to interview for full-time

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a college degree with an interest in supply chain management.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day work across departments to optimize throughput and meet objectives.
• Identify floor bottlenecks and facilitate real-time operational solutions.
• Ensure floor associates have tools, training, and support to meet safety and quality standards.
• Assist in tracking production metrics and associated KPIs.
