Job summary

Kroger is offering a Summer Internship Program focused on Supply Chain and Manufacturing. This full-time, 12-week immersive experience provides hands-on learning, project leadership, and exposure to senior leaders across Kroger's supply chain.

Interns will work in various departments, supporting process improvements and cross-functional projects. Applicants must have US work authorization and be pursuing a degree.

Qualifications

• Open to all majors actively pursuing a degree
• Applicants must have work authorization in the United States and Kroger Co.
• Highly motivated with initiative and leadership ability
• Strong communication and ability to present to various levels of the organization
• Ability to manage multiple priorities between school, work, and activities
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Demonstrates multi-tasking abilities

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple supply chain projects while adhering to timelines
• Communicate status and risks to the appropriate teams
• Assist with documenting supply chain processes and best practices
• Assist in creating process improvement projects
• Conduct supply chain analysis
• Identify and propose new project opportunities
• Support risk management and escalation of issues
• Collaborate with teams to deliver supply chain solutions
• Prepare a cumulative internship成果 summary for executive review
