Job summary

The Kroger Summer Internship Program offers a 12-week, full-time immersion in Supply Chain. Interns will rotate across Corporate Supply Chain and store operations, working on projects, analyzing data, and supporting process improvements under the guidance of senior leaders.

Open to all majors, this role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and strong communication as you contribute to diverse areas like Operations, QA, IT, and Procurement.

Qualifications

• Open to all majors and actively pursuing a degree.
• Must have work authorization in the United States without sponsorship.
• Highly motivated with leadership and team-working abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple supply chain projects while adhering to timelines.
• Communicate status and risks to appropriate teams.
• Document supply chain processes and best practices.
• Create process improvement projects.
• Conduct supply chain analysis.
• Seek and propose new supply chain project opportunities.
• Assist with project risk and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with teams to elicit, analyze, document, and deliver supply chain solutions.
• Prepare a cumulative internship summary and present to executives.
