Job summary

The Kroger Family of Companies invites you to join the Summer Internship Program as a Continuous Improvement Intern in Supply Chain. This 12-week, full-time program offers hands-on experience across Kroger’s Corporate Supply Chain and operational departments, with exposure to senior leaders and cross-functional projects.

You will lead and support multiple improvement initiatives, while developing key professional skills.

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a degree at an accredited college or university.
• US work authorization without sponsorship.
• Strong leadership and ability to work in teams or independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple supply chain projects with timelines.
• Communicate status and risks to teams.
• Assist in documenting supply chain processes and best practices.
• Assist in creating process improvement projects.
• Conduct supply chain analysis and explore opportunities.
• Prepare cumulative internship summary for executive review.
