Job summary

The Kroger/King Soopers Summer Internship Program offers a 12-week, full-time immersive experience in supply chain, rotating through corporate and store operations. You'll work on multiple projects, gain exposure to senior leaders, and build hands-on skills in logistics, procurement, and process improvement.

Open to all majors, you must be pursuing an accredited degree in the United States and have work authorization.

Qualifications

• Open to all majors pursuing a degree at an accredited college or university.
• U.S. work authorization without visa sponsorship.
• Strong initiative and leadership with ability to work independently or in groups.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple supply chain projects and adhere to timelines.
• Communicate status and risks to appropriate teams.
• Assist in documenting supply chain processes and best practices.
• Assist in creating process improvement projects.
• Conduct supply chain analysis and identify improvement opportunities.
• Proactively seek new project opportunities.
• Assist with project risk and mitigation planning.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver supply chain solutions.
• Complete a cumulative internship summary and present to leadership.
• Perform essential functions of the role as required.
