Qualifications

• Currently enrolled undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must be a U.S. person due to export controls.

Responsibilities

• Assist with procurement, including sourcing suppliers, preparing purchase orders, and managing supplier relationships.
• Help with inventory management, including stocktaking, cycle counting, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Support the logistics team with the coordination of shipments, tracking deliveries, and resolving transportation issues.
• Assist in analyzing supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in meetings and projects related to supply chain optimization and process improvement.
• Help prepare reports and presentations for management on supply chain performance and initiatives.
