Job summary

Donaldson Company, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Intern for the Dixon, IL facility to gain real-world experience in procurement, inventory management, logistics coordination, and data analysis within a fast-paced aerospace and defense environment.

Applicants must be currently enrolled undergraduates pursuing a related Bachelor's degree, be a U.S. person due to export controls, and demonstrate strong MS Office skills; GPA of 3.0+ preferred.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field (Supply Chain, Logistics, Business).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• U.S. persons only due to export controls.

Responsibilities

• Assist with procurement and supplier relations.
• Manage inventory with stocktaking and cycle counts.
• Coordinate shipments and track deliveries.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify improvements.
• Participate in meetings and projects on optimization.
• Prepare reports/presentations on performance and initiatives.
• Gain exposure to supply chain software and systems.
