Gulfstream Aerospace is seeking a Supply Chain Development Project Manager for the Dallas area. In this remote-capable role, you will drive supplier assessments, coordinate improvement initiatives, and lead cross-functional teams to meet production demands with high quality and on-time delivery.

You will partner with suppliers, manage performance metrics, and apply Lean/Six Sigma methods to achieve tangible results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6 years of operational and/or supply chain experience.
• Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience leading projects and driving measurable business results.
• Ability to travel extensively (up to 75%).
• Experience working with suppliers and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary Gulfstream contact for major supplier(s) in the Dallas area.
• Lead supplier assessments to evaluate production readiness, capacity, and performance.
• Identify improvement opportunities and drive action plans through completion.
• Partner with suppliers to improve delivery performance, quality, lead times, and efficiency.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma.
• Analyze supplier operations, planning, and workflows to optimize outcomes.
• Facilitate daily operational meetings and milestone reviews with suppliers and internal teams.
• Develop and monitor performance metrics, capacity plans, and training plans.
• Coach and mentor teams in problem-solving and continuous improvement methodologies.
