Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 10 years in supply chain with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Deep understanding of S&OP, inventory optimization, data analytics, and ERP/data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing supply chain organization across multiple disciplines.
• Drive a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and high performance.
• Design structures, roadmaps, and succession plans for long-term talent retention.
• Approve salary increases, promotions, and bonuses for team members.
• Set KPIs for direct reports and conduct regular performance reviews.
