Responsibilities

• Lead supplier assessments to evaluate production readiness and capacity
• Identify improvement opportunities and drive action plans through completion
• Partner with suppliers to improve delivery performance, quality and lead times
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma principles
• Analyze supplier operations, planning, materials management and workflow processes
• Coach suppliers and internal teams in problem-solving and CI methodologies
