Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation seeks a Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead corporate-wide initiatives and standardize processes across all Integer sites. You will drive PFEP strategy, S&OP execution, and cross-site inventory improvements, serving as SME for ERP and planning systems.

This role expands continuous improvement through data mining and modeling, mentors teams, and partners with manufacturing and procurement to achieve KPI targets while maintaining the highest safety and quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7 years of supply chain experience in manufacturing environments.
• Experience with Oracle R12 and lean manufacturing systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to lead teams.
• Proficient in data mining and modeling; programming in PL/SQL / Visual Basic / XML.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Oracle MRP best practices for key Supply Chain functions.
• Lead complex problem solving using statistical tools.
• Drive KPIs and cross-functional initiatives; build consensus for changes.
• Serve as SME for system processes and assist sites with issues.
• Lead S&OP process with all Integer sites.
• Drive PFEP strategy and implementation for all sites.
• Provide on-site training as needed.
• Other duties as required.
