Job summary

Integer Holdings is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Planner to develop and manage the Master Production Schedule based on customer demand. You will collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery, optimize inventory, and drive data‑driven improvements using ERP systems.

The role requires strong planning expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to communicate across levels while maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; four+ years in supply chain planning; or five+ years with more experience in lieu of degree.
• Ability to lead activities and coach less experienced associates.
• Strong communication and data-driven problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage Master Production Schedule based on customer demand.
• Track NPI activities and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with customers and suppliers to meet production requirements and remove bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with customer operations to incorporate accurate forecasts into plans.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize WIP and FG stock.
• Input and maintain production plans in ERP for accurate data.
• Address unexpected challenges like equipment issues or material shortages with proactive solutions.
• Lead projects with limited risks and resources when needed.
