Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation seeks a skilled Supply Chain Planner to develop and manage the Master Production Schedule based on customer demand and forecasts. You will work with the customer operations team to translate demand into actionable production plans and use ERP data to drive decisions.

In this role, you will monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and address bottlenecks with proactive solutions, maintaining timely delivery while supporting continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years of relevant supply chain management experience.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle/SAP preferred).

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer demand to create the Master Production Schedule.
• Collaborate with the customer operations team to gather accurate demand forecasts.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize WIP and FG.
• Input and update production plans in ERP systems.
• Address unforeseen challenges like delays or shortages with solutions.
