Job summary

Integer Holdings is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to drive best-practice initiatives and standardize processes across all sites. You will lead the S&OP process, advance PFEP, and act as the system SME for efficiency gains and cross-functional change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business or engineering; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of supply chain experience in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Oracle MRP best practices for key supply chain functions.
• Lead Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning across Integer sites.
• Use advanced statistical tools to solve complex problems.
• Influence cross-functional concepts to build consensus for changes.
• Serve as SME for system processes and site-level problem solving.
• Drive cross-site inventory management improvements proactively.
• Support PFEP strategy and implementation for all sites.
• Provide on-site training and ensure compliance with QMS and FDA rules.
