Job summary

Integer is seeking a seasoned Supply Chain leader for the plant level to drive efficiencies and cost reduction targets. You will oversee production planning, scheduling, purchasing, and material management to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include Lean initiatives, PFEP, Kanban alignment, ERP data accuracy, and collaboration with enterprise supply chain to resolve gaps and optimize performance.

Qualifications

• APICS certification required; Lean principles knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree; master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years in supply chain with 2+ years in management.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the supply chain at plant level to drive efficiency and cost reductions.
• Oversee master production scheduling, demand planning, purchasing, and logistics.
• Implement PFEP, Kanban alignment, and ERP data accuracy.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Supply and customer service to ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop associates and manage direct reports.
