Job summary

Maker's Pride is seeking a Supply Chain Training Manager to build and sustain capability across our manufacturing network. You will own training for supply chain manager–level roles and below at every plant, partnering with Plant Managers to ensure consistency, capability, and operational excellence in service, inventory, materials management, finite scheduling, order management, and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years of progressive supply chain experience across planning, materials management, inventory control, order management, or plant supply chain operations.
• Proven experience delivering training, capability building, or auditing standard work in a multi-site manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform Tiered Audits on plant compliance to standard work and partner with plants on action plans to solve gaps across all plant-specific supply chain functions.
• Own training of supply chain manager–level and below roles at every plant, in collaboration with the Plant Manager and Supply Chain Platform Director.
• Serve as a change agent for plant supply chain enterprise initiatives (best practices, technology enablement, etc.).
• Serve as a key member of the supply chain change agent network.
• Serve as a SME for emerging local supply chain issues, with frequent travel to plants.
