Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers supporting supply chain systems and warehouse technologies.
• Drive execution of engineering initiatives, operational support activities, capacity planning, and project delivery.
• Partner with business leaders, operations teams, architects, and external vendors to align technology solutions with business objectives.
• Participate in solution architecture, design reviews, implementation planning, and system modernization efforts.
• Support and enhance warehouse management and fulfillment platforms.
• Lead integration initiatives connecting legacy applications and modern cloud-based technologies.
• Help drive RFID implementation to improve inventory visibility and efficiency.
• Oversee API development, enterprise integrations, and data flows across supply chain systems.
• Establish and monitor KPIs related to reliability, service delivery, and performance.
• Drive continuous improvement on scalability, automation, and cost optimization.
• Support incident management and operational excellence programs.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure successful delivery of technology services.
