Job summary

Eaton Corporation's ES AMER ARS division seeks a Supply Chain Engineering Change Analyst to drive engineering change management across procurement, planning, inventory, manufacturing, and supplier operations. You will ensure data integrity and production continuity while coordinating with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in supply chain or engineering change management, with ERP experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
2+ years experience in supply chain, manufacturing, engineering change management, planning, inventory control, or related operations.
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now and in the future.
No relocation benefit offered; within 50-mile radius of facility; Active-Duty Military candidates exempt from geographic limitation.

Responsibilities

Support the implementation of engineering changes across supply chain functions.
Review engineering change requests and document impacts on materials, inventory, production orders, and suppliers for evaluation.
Coordinate engineering change activities with Engineering, Procurement, Planning, Operations, and Manufacturing teams.
Process and maintain engineering change information within ERP and related business systems.
Ensure master data and system records reflect approved engineering changes.
Monitor change status and follow up on open actions to ensure timely completion.
Identify discrepancies related to BOMs, inventory, and change documentation.
