Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in supply chain or engineering change management.
• No visa sponsorship; US work authorization required; El Paso, TX area only.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end engineering change process across supply chain functions.
• Evaluate impact on materials, inventory, suppliers and production schedules.
• Coordinate implementation between Engineering, Procurement, Planning, Operations and suppliers.
• Establish and maintain engineering change processes, standards and controls.
• Ensure accurate system updates and data integrity for engineering changes.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to prevent disruptions.
• Monitor engineering change performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Analyze change-related data and recommend efficiency actions.
• Serve as primary escalation point for engineering change issues.
• Communicate change requirements, priorities and timelines to stakeholders.
• Supervise, coach and develop Engineering Change Analysts.
• Other duties as assigned.
