Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Senior Engineering Change Analyst in El Paso, TX. You will lead engineering change management across supply chain functions, coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Planning, and Operations, and ensure accurate data updates while mitigating supply risks.

The role carries a salary range and eligibility for a variable incentive program, with a focus on driving continuous improvement in materials, inventory, and production scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• 5-7 years of experience in supply chain, engineering change management, manufacturing, or related operations.
• Experience with ERP systems and master data management is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, planning, inventory management, bills of materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and strong analytical/reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end engineering change process across supply chain functions.
• Evaluate the impact of engineering changes on materials, inventory, suppliers, and production schedules.
• Coordinate implementation activities between Engineering, Procurement, Planning, Operations, and suppliers.
• Establish and maintain engineering change processes, standards, and controls.
• Ensure accurate system updates and data integrity related to engineering changes.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to prevent supply disruptions and excess inventory.
