Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in supply chain, manufacturing, engineering change management, planning, inventory control, or related operations.
• U.S. work authorization (no sponsorship) now or in future.
• No relocation benefit; candidates within 50 miles of facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineering change implementation across supply chain functions.
• Document impacts of change requests on materials, inventory, production orders, and suppliers.
• Coordinate engineering change activities with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain ERP and master data reflecting approved changes.
• Monitor change status and ensure timely completion.
• Identify discrepancies related to BOMs, inventory and change docs.
• Assist in evaluating inventory impacts and minimize obsolescence.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding changes and revisions.
• Generate reports and provide data analysis to support decisions.
• Participate in continuous improvement of change management and data accuracy.
