Job summary

Eaton Corporation’s ES AMER ARS division seeks a Supply Chain Systems Analyst (ERP) to be based at our El Paso, Texas facility. The role drives ERP processes across planning, procurement, inventory, production, logistics and customer fulfillment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in supply chain systems or ERP data management, with ERP familiarity (MAPICS/SAP) and proficiency in Power BI and SQL. You’ll lead UAT, SOPs, and cross-functional improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain systems, ERP data management or supply chain support.
• ERP familiarity and experience with MAPICS or SAP preferred.
• Knowledge of MRP, BOMs, routings and inventory parameters is a plus.
• Experience leading UAT and ERP enhancements is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary ERP functional expert within Supply Chain and Operations.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate resolutions with IT or external support teams.
• Maintain ERP master data accuracy (items, BOMs, routings, suppliers, customers, etc.).
• Lead testing, deployment, and validation of ERP enhancements and new functionalities.
• Develop SOPs for ERP transactions and business processes.
• Train ERP users and coach on system utilization.
• Identify ERP-driven process improvements to boost productivity and data visibility.
• Support cross-functional projects across Operations, Planning, Procurement, Finance, IT.
