Job summary

Centric Brands is seeking a Junior Engineer – Supply Chain Distribution to support engineering and continuous improvement across multi-client distribution operations. You will analyze operational data, improve processes, and help deliver scalable, cost-effective logistics solutions in a fast-paced third-party environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or related field and 1+ year of distribution experience, with strong Excel and data skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methods.
Support standard work, engineered labor standards, and best practices across sites.
Assist in testing and deployment of process changes or system enhancements.
Help coordinate and execute engineering projects under senior staff.
Support engineering analysis for multi-client distribution centers and networks.
Analyze KPIs and help develop customer-facing scorecards and dashboards.
