Job summary

Centric Brands is recruiting a Junior Engineer – Supply Chain Distribution to analyze operational data, drive process improvements, and design cost-effective logistics solutions. You will partner with Operations, Account Management, IT, and Transportation to enhance service, cost control, and efficiency across multi-client distribution centers.

The role supports hybrid work with on-site presence at distribution centers and periodic travel as projects require.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Systems, Mechanical), Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced distribution environment.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or structured problem-solving.
• Support implementation of standard work, engineered labor standards, and best practices across sites.
• Assist in testing and deploying process changes, automation solutions, or system enhancements.
• Help coordinate and execute engineering projects under supervision.
• Support engineering analysis for multi-client distribution centers and transportation networks.
• Analyze KPIs and help develop customer-facing scorecards and dashboards.
• Collaborate with IT and operations to troubleshoot system or data issues.
