Job summary

Beecher's Handmade Cheese is seeking a hands-on leader to own and optimize our end-to-end supply chain as we grow. You will lead S&OP, inventory, logistics, warehousing, and co-manufacturer relationships while partnering cross-functionally to launch new products and transition them into operations.

You will drive ERP improvements, planning tools, and AI capabilities, building scalable systems and a culture of accountability. Competitive salary and bonus plan accompany a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in supply chain or operations leadership in food manufacturing or consumer packaged goods.
• Experience leading S&OP, logistics, and supplier management.
• Experience supporting new product launches.
• Proven ability to lead and do in a growing business.
• Comfort making decisions without a large support organization.
• Experience with ERP systems, planning tools, analytics, and Excel.
• AI experience is a plus.

Beecher's Handmade Cheese is looking for a builder. You'll lead our end-to-end supply chain while building the systems, processes, and partnerships needed to support a growing business.

This is a hands‑on leadership role. We move quickly, solve problems, and expect our leaders to drive results, not just manage them. You'll have the opportunity to make a visible impact, build scalable solutions, and help shape how we operate as we grow.

The starting salary range for this position is between $165,000 to $185,000 per year, plus an annual bonus plan. Actual compensation will be determined by skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
