This role is more than filling positions. You\'ll recruit for a wide range of roles across the organization, from operations and manufacturing to sales, marketing, finance, technology, and leadership positions.

What Makes Someone Successful in This Role
The starting salary range for this position is between $75,000 to $85,000 per year, plus an annual bonus plan. Actual compensation will be determined by skills, experience, and relevant education or training. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, 15 days of paid time off, 9 paid holidays, and a 401(k) plan with a company match. Employees also enjoy a 35% discount at Sugar Mountain locations.
