Beecher's Handmade Cheese is excited to be opening a new cheesemaking facility in Shullsburg, Wisconsin, and we're looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations, support equipment reliability, and help build a high-performing maintenance team.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for executing preventive maintenance programs, supporting plant operations, and fostering a culture of ownership, safety, and accountability. You'll play a key role in ensuring our equipment, utilities, and systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably from day one.
The starting salary range for this position is between $70,000 to $80,000per year, plus an annual bonus plan. Actual compensation will be determined by skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
