Beecher's Handmade Cheese is excited to be opening a new cheesemaking facility in Shullsburg, Wisconsin, and we're looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to establish and lead our food safety and quality programs from the ground up.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who believes that quality is everyone's responsibility and who takes pride in doing things the right way. You'll help build the systems, standards, and culture that ensure every product leaving our facility reflects our commitment to exceptional quality and food safety.
The starting salary range for this position is between $80,000 to $100,000 per year, plus an annual bonus plan. Actual compensation will be determined by skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
