Job summary

Beecher's Handmade Cheese is seeking a hands-on leader to own and optimize our end-to-end supply chain as we grow. You will lead S&OP, inventory, logistics, warehousing, and co-manufacturer relationships while partnering cross-functionally to launch new products and transition them into operations.

You will drive ERP improvements, planning tools, and AI capabilities, building scalable systems and a culture of accountability. Competitive salary and bonus plan accompany a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in supply chain or operations leadership in food manufacturing or consumer packaged goods.
• Experience leading S&OP, logistics, and supplier management.
• Experience supporting new product launches.
• Proven ability to lead and do in a growing business.
• Comfort making decisions without a large support organization.
• Experience with ERP systems, planning tools, analytics, and Excel.
• AI experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Supply Chain, including S&OP, inventory, customer service, logistics, warehousing, and co-manufacturer relationships.
• Partner cross-functionally to launch new products and transition them into ongoing operations.
• Improve ERP processes, planning tools, AI capabilities, and business systems.
• Drive performance across service, forecast accuracy, inventory, logistics, and supplier performance.
• Build strong partnerships with co-manufacturers, warehouses, logistics providers, and key suppliers.
• Develop your team while creating a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Balance strategy with execution; improve long-term processes while solving day-to-day operational challenges.
